International Organization for Standardization (ISO)

Digicon is ISO 9001:2015-certified for quality management systems. This is an internationally recognized certification that indicates our organization continually delivers services that meet regulatory requirements for quality management.

The appraisal for this certification required examining and documenting all our processes and making sure that they are predictable and consistent, so that our products and services reliably meet our customers’ expectations. By achieving this certification, Digicon has demonstrated our strong customer focus, defined process approaches, and dedication to continual improvement.

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)

Digicon’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Managed Services Division is appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Development (CMMI-DEV). CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.

An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that Digicon is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time. This means that:
