Systems Administrator Description:

  • Assist network operations center by handling escalations of desktop problems, application issues and server issues.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve server and application outages. Provide training to tier one NOC technicians.
  • Assist senior system administrators with research, design, and installation of OS and applications.
  • Maintain, manage, and monitor Microsoft window servers supporting a wide variety of applications
  • Collaborate with systems engineers to provide network support for systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain system documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an administrator of windows servers, Microsoft server applications, and Office365 application environments.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting users and resolving user issues in windows desktop environments.
  • In depth understanding of Active Directory and solid understanding of email delivery.
  • Familiarity with monitoring applications, particularly as they can be used to monitor windows servers.
  • Clear and precise communication skills. The ability to effectively participate in a team to troubleshoot complex incidents in a production technical environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to represent Digicon effectively to a customer.

Additional desired skills:

  • Experience Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience with LAMP stack web applications.

Job Description

The Marketing Specialist for Digicon will create B2B content for brand awareness, lead generation and nurturing. 

You will be perfect for this job if you are a whiz at turning technical information into reader-friendly stories that educate and encourage followers to act. You must have a passion for digital marketing and technology.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop short and long-form content for generating leads and awareness, including (but not limited to) email, blog posts, social posts, webinars, PowerPoints, videos, interactive content, and more.
  • Create and review marketing emails in HubSpot and AWS portal
  • Manage Google Ads account, create ads, manage budget, and submit invoices internally
  • Manage website, including writing posts, curating posts, formatting and publishing posts, and monitoring metrics.
  • Help manage webinars, train speakers, or conduct webinars
  • Maintain our social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, optimizing for growth and engagement using HubSpot

  • Work closely with team to produce assets that are SEO-friendly, visually appealing, and on-brand.

Seeking for a mobile developer with cross platform experience with iOS and Android development. The position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Life Cycle. Your Mission as a Sales Representative:
Your mission is to expand our market with new clients in a variety of industry verticals.

Lead Generation: This inside position starts with data mining and qualifying potentially ready prospects from the general pool of the organization database. Key activities include getting on the phone with the selected prospect to further qualify the opportunity for the next step of engagement. An email campaign is one example of the toolset. The performance goal is measured by the amount of successful appointments/engagements within a set period, such as weekly or monthly.

Sales Representative’s Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate leads (via data mining, phone calls, and emails)
• Qualify leads
• Close leads
• Conduct sales presentations and webinars
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

• Make cold calls
• Upload lists to customer relationship manager (Reply.io/HubSpot)

Description of Project & Specific Duties of Position:

The service desk technician will be working in a fast-paced environment that supports several thousand users, and will report to the program manager for the contract. The service desk technician will:

  • Support desktops/laptops, printers, and mobile devices for users
  • Provide telephone and remote support for various field offices using SCSM for ticketing and SCCM for remote tools
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem analysis to resolve incidents with hardware, software, and the network
  • Communicate and escalate technical issues that cannot be resolved at the service desk to desk-side technicians or solver groups
  • Accurately and thoroughly document all incidents in the tracking system; determine priority based on problem information, documented guidelines, and sound judgment
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Promote a positive culture of good communication, customer care, and shared technical expertise    

Skills and Experience Required (mandatory skills in order of priority):

  • One or more years of experience working a service desk, with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Windows 10 (1+ years of experience)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and component-level replacement
  • Must be process-oriented and able to multitask
  • Must have the will and stamina to adapt and learn quickly

You will perform regular system maintenance in accordance with the documented ITIL processes and procedures. Under general direction, you will provide network diagnostics and problem resolution; security services including security system evaluation and implementation; network virus protection and application support; and system-wide policy and procedures for hardware and software installation and maintenance.

You will perform remote and hands-on system administration for the LAN and for internal and external customer systems and networks. Other responsibilities include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with laptops and desktops, phones, printers, and Microsoft Office applications.

You must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance with the federal government and be able to pass a police background check with local government.

Skills and Experience Required (mandatory skills in order of priority):

To perform the functions listed above, the following skills are required:

  • Experience with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 (1+ years of experience)
  • Strong remote desktop and remote server skills
